Soraia is a Philadelphia-based garage rcok /alternative-punk outfit, fronted by lead vocalist ZouZou Mansour (an expressive, big-voiced singer with a gutsy, edgy, gritty, forceful style). Loud, tough, and aggressive - yet highly melodic and hooky - Soraia brings a wide variety of '70s, '80s, and '90s influences to the table. Soraia has toured with Joan Jett and The Blackhearts, opened for Bon Jovi, Wolfmother, Sixx AM, and played several festivals (including Summerfest, MMRBQ, Motoblot). They've been highlighted as a show "not to miss" in Rolling Stone Magazine (January 2018). Now, the band is ready to release their newest EP recorded in Sweden with Tomas Skogsberg (The Hellacopters, Backyard Babies, Entombed) late in 2024.
