First in a new series, we interview Liability, a Washington, DC-based dynamic duo playing psychedelic punk rock opera. Liability recently performed at the July Garage Punk Rock Night at the American Legion Cissel-Saxon Post 41 in Silver Spring.

In true lo-fi fashion, Alex Morse, now thee dubbed “steady hand” has a quick chat with Adele Marie and Sid Satellite in the noisy “green (pool table/storage) room” while recording with his cell phone.
